Delivery

We offer fast and reliable delivery options throughout Estonia. We deliver orders directly to your door by courier within 1-3 business days or you can choose a parcel machine where your order will be available within 1-2 business days. You can also pick up your order at our store at Roosikrantsi 23, 10119 Tallinn.

Courier to your door

We deliver orders directly to your door. Delivery cost depends on order size and location. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Parcel machine

Pick up your order from a convenient parcel machine across Estonia. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you by SMS when your order has arrived at the machine.

Pick up in store

You can pick up your order at our store. Order is ready within 2-4 hours after order confirmation. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the store.

Important to know

We do not deliver alcoholic beverages to Finland. However, our customers can use personal transport or third-party services. Alcohol delivery is only allowed to adults. Couriers may request ID verification. Delivery times may vary by region and weather conditions.

Returns

We have a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt if the product is unopened and in original packaging.

Right of return

You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving a reason. The product must be unopened, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Receipt or order number must be included.

Defective products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours. We will exchange the product for a new one or provide a full refund. For defective products, the customer does not have to bear return costs.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same account or payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

Return conditions

The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Return costs are covered by the customer, except in case of our error. Opened alcoholic beverages cannot be returned, except if the product is defective or incorrect.
