General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store Alkoholi Bahus, managed by BAHUS OÜ (reg. code 14316592), located at Pärnu mnt 36 / Roosikrantsi 23, Tallinn.

By ordering goods from the online store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the online store services.

The online store sells alcoholic beverages (wine, spirits, etc.).

Separate terms apply to each product category, as described in the respective sections.

Terms of Sale for Alcoholic Beverages

Age Restrictions

Alcohol may only be purchased by users aged 18 or older. Age must be confirmed when placing an order. Age verification is performed upon delivery or self-service by presenting an identity document (passport, ID card, driver's license).

Placing an Order

Alcohol can be added to the shopping cart and the order is considered confirmed after successful payment.

Alcohol Delivery

Delivery is only possible during business hours from 10:00-22:00. Alcoholic beverages are delivered only to adults who have presented a document. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.

Right of Return

Returns are only possible if the package is damaged or if the goods do not match the order. Opened alcohol cannot be returned.

Damage During Delivery

If you receive a damaged package, immediately contact the courier and file a claim and refuse to accept the package. Then contact us and we will send you a free replacement for the damaged goods.

Payment

The online store accepts the following payment methods:

Cash

This payment method is only available for self-service. You must pay for the goods in cash upon receipt.

Bank Card

Payment by bank card through the Montonio payment system. This payment method is available for both delivery and pickup.

Prices and Confirmation

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. After successful payment, the customer will see a notification of successful payment on the website and details about the order.

Delivery and Self-Service

Delivery

Goods are delivered within Estonia within 3-7 business days. Delivery fee is 5 euros.

Self-Pickup

Self-pickup is possible every day from 10:00-22:00 at Pärnu mnt 36 / Roosikrantsi 23, Tallinn. To pick up the order, you need to present confirmation (electronic receipt or order number).

Return and Cancellation Policy

Right of Return

The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days from receipt of the order if it is unused or undamaged.

Return Exclusions

Alcohol, if the package is opened or broken.

Return Process

The customer must contact us by email at info@alkoholibahus.fi. Goods are returned at the customer's expense, unless the reason for return is the store's error.

Refunds

Money is refunded within 14 days from receipt of goods at the store.

Personal Data Processing

Customer personal data (name, address, phone number, email address) is used solely for order processing. Data is transferred to third parties only for the purpose of delivering goods.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the customer may send a complaint to info@alkoholibahus.fi. If the dispute is not resolved peacefully, the customer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or the European dispute resolution platform.

Other Terms

The online store reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior notice. The sale of alcohol is regulated by Estonian laws.

Product Images

Images presented on the website or other materials are for illustrative purposes and their sole purpose is to provide a general visual impression of the product offered. The actual product may differ from the image shown, including but not limited to packaging design, color tone, size, shape, specifications or other visual and technical characteristics. Such differences may result from changes made by the manufacturer, batch specifics, legal requirements or other objective circumstances.
