1. General provisions
These terms of use govern the operation of the Alkoholi Bahus online store, operated by BAHUS OÜ (reg. code 14316592), located at Valdeku 120-10, 11215, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Estonia. VAT no.: EE102021602. We serve customers in Estonian, English and Russian.

By ordering goods from the online store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store's services.
The online store sells food (sushi, pizza, Georgian cuisine, etc.) as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (wine, spirits, beer, cider, etc.).
Separate terms apply to each product category and are described in the relevant sections.
2. Terms of sale for food
General terms
Food may be ordered by all users, with no age restrictions.
Ordering
Add items to your cart, enter your contact details and pay for your order via the Montonio payment solution.
Food delivery
Food delivery is temporarily unavailable. Orders are available for pickup only, daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
Returning food
Food can only be returned if a defect is found (for example, damaged packaging or a quality issue). To arrange a return, contact us immediately at info@alkoholibahus.fi.
3. Terms of sale for alcohol
Age restrictions
Alcohol may only be purchased by persons who have reached the age of 18. You must confirm your age when placing an order. Age is verified on delivery or when collecting goods in the store by presenting an identity document (passport, ID card, driving licence).
Placing an order
Items can be added to the cart, and the order is considered confirmed after successful payment via the Montonio payment solution. After payment, our manager will contact you regarding delivery or pickup.
Delivery
Delivery takes place daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Alcohol is delivered only to adults on presentation of an identity document. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Right of return
The right to return alcohol is governed by section 6. Alcohol in opened packaging cannot be returned.
Damage during delivery
If you receive a damaged parcel that we have delivered, refuse to accept it and notify the courier immediately. Then contact us at info@alkoholibahus.fi.
4. Payment
Website orders are paid via the Montonio payment solution. Cash payment is only possible when you buy an item that is in stock directly in the store; no website order is needed in this case.
Bank link
Payment is made via the Montonio payment solution using a bank link. Supported banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank and other banks in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland. The payment is confirmed in your bank's secure environment.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. After successful payment, an order confirmation is sent to your email and our manager will contact you.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery
We sell and deliver goods in Estonia only. We do not arrange delivery to other countries. If you want to take your order out of Estonia, choose store pickup and arrange transport yourself with a transport company. We are not involved in such transport and are not responsible for its terms, timing or the safety of the goods after they are handed over to you or your carrier. You are solely responsible for compliance with import rules and for all excise duties, customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Within Estonia, goods can be sent to parcel lockers (DPD, Omniva, Unisend, SmartPosti). The standard delivery time is 0–7 business days. If the item you want is out of stock, we order it from the supplier, and delivery may then take up to 30 days. The delivery fee is 5 €.
Store pickup
Pickup is available daily from 10:00 to 22:00 at Roosikrantsi tn 23, Tallinn. To collect your order, show the order number, a screenshot of the order or the invoice (arve). Alcohol is handed over only after your age has been verified with an identity document.
6. Return and cancellation policy
Right of return
The buyer may return a product (except food) within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Return exclusions
Ready-made dishes and other food cannot be returned, except in case of defects (see section 2). Alcohol in opened packaging cannot be returned. Returns are also excluded if the product was damaged through the buyer's fault.
Return procedure
To arrange a return, contact us at info@alkoholibahus.fi. The product is returned at the buyer's expense, unless the reason for the return is our error (wrong product, damaged packaging).
Refunds
Refunds are made to the same bank account no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until the returned product has reached us.
7. Personal data processing
The buyer's personal data is used to process the order, communicate about it, deliver it and comply with legal obligations. Data is passed to third parties (payment provider, carriers, email services) only to the extent necessary. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute resolution
In case of a dispute, the buyer may send a complaint to info@alkoholibahus.fi. We will reply within 14 days. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia (TTJA) at www.ttja.ee.
9. Other terms
The online store reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website; orders already placed are subject to the terms in force at the time of ordering. The sale of alcohol and food is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
10. Product images
Images on the website are for illustration only. The actual product may differ from the image in packaging design, colour, size or other characteristics. Differences may be caused by manufacturer changes, batch specifics or legal requirements.
11. Copyright
The design, texts and structure of the website are protected by copyright and belong to BAHUS OÜ. Product images may belong to the respective manufacturers and rights holders and are used for informational purposes. Copying or reproducing content for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
